Deposits
A deposit is required at the time of booking and is applied toward your total. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not hold or move deposits.Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled one time only with more than 24 hours’ notice using the confirmation email. If no dates appear, the schedule is full _.Late Arrivals
Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow for a full experience. There is a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals 15 minutes or later may result in cancellation and are subject to any desired fee.Cancellations & No-Shows
Canceling an appointment results in forfeiting your deposit or full payment.No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service total.Appointment reminders are sent 48 hours in advance. Failure to confirm does not count as a cancellation.Refunds & Adjustments
Refunds are not offered. If a technical error occurs (bleed marks, toner spots, uneven cuts), please notify us within 72 hours of your appointment.Adjustments must be scheduled within 7 days and completed with the original stylist.Important
